Peter Claus joins the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Technical College
Foundation Board as new Board Trustee


ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ, GA - March 30, 2023

Mr. Peter Claus, a Cacuasian male with short curly brown hair smiles wearing a grey suite jacket, white collared shirt, and light blue tie.ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Technical College is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Claus has joined the ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Technical College Foundation as a Board Trustee.

Peter Claus is Vice President and CIO at Textron Specialized Vehicles. In this role, he provides overall leadership by advancing strategic plans from small-scale to worldwide implementations, managing daily service operations, Governance-Risk-Compliance, and leadership development.

Prior to assuming this role in 2022, Peter served as Vice President and CTO at Textron (Corporate) in Fort Worth, TX, where he built commercial and government multi-cloud co-existence frameworks, served as Enterprise Technology Lead for COVID-19 Crisis Management and “Work from Home” strategy, and defined a 30-month enterprise IT Infrastructure & Operations transformation program as well as a new five-pillar IT supplier management strategy with strategic enterprise vendors. He has also served in various roles with Textron and The Walt Disney Company International in IT Infrastructure and Program Management.

Peter earned an Associate Degree in Computer Programming from ÃÛÌÒÊÓƵ Technical College and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University. He attended Duke University -Corporate Education for the Senior Executive Leadership Program and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill -Kenan-Flagler Business School for the Executive
Leadership Program. He is also fluent in German.
